Program Outcome
Over a 12-week program, youth will rotate through engaging learning labs and hands-on, project-based activities designed to build confidence, creativity, leadership, and real-world skills.
By the end of the program, students will:
- Develop leadership skills and confidence in their ability to achieve their goals
- Gain foundational knowledge in entrepreneurship and financial literacy
- Explore careers in trades, technology, and creative industries
- Complete real projects, products, and business concepts
- Present their businesses, projects, and completed work at the Youth Business Showcase
Through mentorship, collaboration, and experiential learning, students will leave the program empowered with practical skills, industry exposure, and the confidence to pursue their future goals.
